Coaching is about asking direct and provoking questions so that YOU can find the answers that you need, to achieve your mission. Remember, no one will know better than yourself what is best for you.
My role as a coach is to help you in your self-discovery journey, whilst giving you the tools to build your confidence and change your mindset to attract all the good things you want.
I have a defined coaching program, to ensure that we can go through simple and standard steps that will give you the career clarity you are looking for.
Coaching is NOT purely about asking endless questions, waiting for you 'to see the light'! It is about setting real goals (e.g. I want to know what is my perfect job) and achieving tangible results (e.g. securing that job!).
“If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.” Tony Robbins
The simple answer is YES, as everyone can benefit from career coaching! However, you need to find the right coach and you need to be committed in achieving your goal.
I am based in London and focus in helping determined women who feel lost and demotivated to define a clear and tangible career plan so that they find their sense of purpose and feel in control again.
I can coach in English or in Portuguese.
