Our Solutions

EXECUTIVE COACHING

I provide bespoke executive coaching programs to address key employee development areas. 


Prior to starting any coaching arrangement, I will meet with you to discuss your organisational goals and employee development needs. 

Then, I’ll propose a coaching framework.


All coaching starts by agreeing clear and specific goals, directly with the employee and/ or sponsor, as relevant. Any sponsor will be kept updated throughout the process.

BESPOKE COACHING PROGRAMS

I build coaching frameworks and/ or facilitate group training workshops on a variety of career development and leadership topics.

The WCI method

Career Coaching is a confidential process designed to help you identify those questions/ doubts you have in your mind and support you in achieving the solutions so that you achieve your objectives. 

I will be following the ‘WCI (World Coach Institute) Coaching Model’ whereby I will focus on understanding where you are right now, helping you set your vision (if you don’t have it already), and supporting you with the definition of a strategy on how to achieve all of your goals.
