What career happiness means for each of my clients is very different, and that's the beauty of career coaching!
In reality, I've seen several outcomes that fall into the categories below:

Career Coaching is a confidential process designed to help you identify those questions/ doubts you have in your mind and support you in achieving the solutions so that you achieve your objectives.
I will be following the ‘WCI (World Coach Institute) Coaching Model’ whereby I will focus on understanding where you are right now, helping you set your vision (if you don’t have it already), and supporting you with the definition of a strategy on how to achieve all of your goals.
