About Me

I am a former Banker turned Career Clarity Coach, determined to help high-achieving women who feel lost, stuck, and/ or demotivated to build a tangible career plan in 90 days so that they can have a sense of purpose and direction.
 

I am also a bestselling author after sharing my story about how important it is to focus on your true feelings to achieve your goals; I was one of 13 contributing authors in the book entitled “Creating Joy: Changemakers Share Wisdom, Rituals & Practices For Living A Joy-Filled Life”.

 I have an Economics degree and a Career Coaching certification, which I used to climb the corporate ladder in Banking for over 13 years before I started my own coaching business in 2018.  I am Portuguese and moved to London in 2008 for 'a year abroad experience', but I've never left. 

I live in West London with my husband and two children.

My passion for career coaching comes from a deep desire to empower women to 'have it all'. Having a pragmatic and intuitive mind allows me to understand the best way to support my clients in defining what success looks like for them and building a practical framework for them to achieve it.

Having felt stuck in a high-paying career and personally struggling with the thought of doing something different, I successfully used my own intuition to deep dive into myself and understand what my mission in life is: to help women be happier! 

That’s when I also realized that I had just finished my first successful career coaching program – I've achieved the career change I was looking for, for myself!
 

My coaching frameworks use the GROW model as a basis: we focus on Goals, Reality & Options around you to build a realistic plan, and ultimately Actions (Will) to successfully implement your plan.

I ensure that sessions are tailored to YOU specifically and we can achieve as many results as you are willing to commit to yourself.
