I’m Joana, a Career Coach and former banker, dedicated to empowering high-achieving women who feel lost or demotivated. 

In just 90 days, I help my clients build a tangible career plan that brings purpose and direction to their lives through personalized career coaching.

As a bestselling author in Creating Joy: Changemakers Share Wisdom, Rituals & Practices For Living A Joy-Filled Life, I share insights on the importance of aligning with your true feelings to achieve your career goals.

With an Economics degree and a Career Coaching certification, I spent over 13 years climbing the corporate ladder in banking before launching my career coaching business in 2018. 

Originally from Portugal, I moved to London in 2008 for an adventure—and I never left! Now, I live in West London with my husband and two children.

My passion for career coaching stems from a desire to empower women to "have it all." 

With a pragmatic and intuitive approach, I help my clients define what success means for them and create a practical framework to achieve it.

Having experienced feeling stuck in a high-paying career myself, I leveraged my intuition to discover my mission: to help women find happiness and fulfilment. 

This personal journey led me to develop successful coaching frameworks based on the GROW model, focusing on Goals, Reality, Options, and Will.
