Career coaching is about asking direct and provoking questions so that YOU can find the answers that you need, to achieve your mission. Remember, no one will know better than yourself what is best for you.
My role as a coach is to help you in your self-discovery journey, whilst giving you the tools to build your confidence and change your mindset to attract all the good things you want.
I have a defined career coaching program and signature frameworks, to ensure that we can go through simple and standard steps that will give you the career clarity you are looking for.
Career coaching is NOT purely about asking endless questions, waiting for you 'to see the light'! It is about setting real goals (e.g. I want to know what is my perfect job) and achieving tangible results (e.g. securing that job!).
